1. Navigation – Investors Information¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want to access the Investors Information page from the navigation bar,
So that I can view company financial and statutory details.

Acceptance Criteria

• “Investor Information” must be available in the main navigation bar.
• Clicking it must navigate to the Investors Information page.
• Active menu must be highlighted.
• URL must be SEO-friendly (e.g., /investor-information).
• Link must not result in 404 error.
• Accessible via mobile hamburger menu.

2. Investors Information Page – Static Content¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want to view investor-related company information,
So that I can understand financial and statutory disclosures.

Acceptance Criteria

• Entire content must be static.
• Content must match exactly with the old website (no modifications).
• All headings, notices, and structured content must be preserved.
• Corporate Information table must display correctly.
• Financials table must display correctly with proper alignment.
• “As of” highlighted information must display properly.
• Header and footer must remain consistent with Home page.
• Breadcrumb:
  • Home > Investors Information
• No layout break on any screen size.

3. Financial Tables & Structured Data¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want financial data presented clearly in tabular format,
So that I can review company performance.

Acceptance Criteria

• Tables must maintain original structure.
• Columns must align correctly.
• No data truncation.
• Tables must scroll horizontally on mobile if required.
• No overlapping content.
• Proper heading hierarchy for SEO compliance.

4. PDF Links (“Click Here” Links)¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want to click on annual reports and statutory documents,
So that I can download or view official PDFs.

Acceptance Criteria

• All “Click here” links must open the correct PDF.
• PDFs must open in a new tab or download (as per requirement).
• No broken links.
• File names must be correct.
• Links must match exactly with the old website.
• If a PDF is missing, system must not display a broken link.

5. Investor Education Protection Fund Section¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want access to IEPF details and related documents,
So that I can review statutory disclosures.

Acceptance Criteria

• Content must be static.
• All year-wise links must function correctly.
• Proper formatting must be preserved.
• Mobile responsive layout.
• No layout misalignment.

6. Dividend Declaration Details¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want to see dividend declaration information,
So that I understand historical dividend payouts.

Acceptance Criteria

• Content must match old website exactly.
• Structured display of year-wise dividend percentage.
• Proper formatting and spacing.
• Fully responsive layout.

7. Nodal Officer Section¶

User Story

As a visitor,
I want to view nodal officer contact details,
So that I can contact the responsible authority if required.

Acceptance Criteria

• Name, designation, email, and phone must display correctly.
• Email should be clickable (mailto).
• Phone number should be clickable on mobile devices.
• No layout break.
• Proper alignment across devices.

Non-Functional Requirements¶

SEO¶

• Unique meta title and meta description.
• Single H1 tag on page.
• Proper H2/H3 heading structure.
• Clean URL structure.
• All internal links must be crawlable.
• Page included in sitemap.xml.

Performance¶

• Page load optimized.
• Tables and PDFs must not delay initial page rendering.
• No console errors.
• No broken links.

Responsiveness¶
